Wanxiang Group’s Board of Directors held a special meeting in the meeting room on the afternoon of 3rd November, 2017, and the following resolutions have been made:

1. The title of Chairman of Wanxiang Group’s Board of Directors will be kept for LU Guanqiu, founder of the group, permanently in his honor.

2. LU Weiding, the actual controller of the group, is elected at the board meeting as the legal representative, chairman and CEO of Wanxiang Group unanimously.

3. GUAN Dayuan and NI Pin are assigned as the senior executive vice-presidents, and CHEN Jun is assigned as the vice-president.

It is highlighted at the special meeting that Wanxiang Group will, sticking to the strategies worked out by LU Guanqiu during his lifetime, focus on industrial development and keep forward according to the law and the trend of the times. By carrying forward Wanxiang spirit, the group will make efforts to achieve the goal of “ten-fold business volume in the next 10 years”.
